One Saturday morning, October 22, 2022, members of the Sampaloc Manila Royal Eagles Club or SMREC, along with Club’s Aspirants and volunteers gathered within the vicinity of Sto. Tomas Street corner Blumentritt Extension in Sampaloc, Manila and divided themselves into two groups to facilitate both the Clean-Up Drive and the Feeding Program within two Barangays.
