When a certain group of distinguished gentlemen met at the Aberdeen Court in Quezon City, Philippines on May of 1979, they all agreed to create a now known as The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles). When Kuya Marlon R. Estacio joined The Fraternal Order of Eagles, he, among so many things in mind, have decided to organize to Head a much smaller group than the Regional to facilitate Charity events in a much focused location.
